Our safety measures regarding the new coronavirus.

In the "Guidelines for Coronavirus Response to
New Coronaviruses in Accommodations"
created by the Japan Ryokan Association.
We will take appropriate measures
so that our guests can stay safely and securely.
All employees will do their best.


1Request to customers

  • Please bring a mask and wear it inside the building.
  • When entering the building, please measure the temperature and disinfect your fingers at the entrance.
  • Please fill in the customer health check sheet at check-in.
  • Please refrain from visiting if you are not feeling well due to coughing or fever.

2Approach to employee

  • All employees always wear masks and regularly disinfect their fingers.
  • We perform temperature check at the time of employment, and when there is fever, we wait at home when physical condition is not excellent again.
  • A disinfectant solution is always available in the employee space.
  • Prohibition of unnecessary and unurgent going out and overseas travel beyond the prefecture of employees.

3Public space in the hall

  • A disinfectant solution is always available in each public space in the building.
  • Regular alcohol disinfection of goods and places that customers often touch.
  • A transparent acrylic board or vinyl sheet is installed at the front counter and the shop corner cash register to prevent splashing.
  • Secure the distance between customers by reducing the number of seats and spacing them.
  • Limitation on the number of passengers in the elevator.
  • Limitation on the number of people bathing in the large communal bath.

4Guest room

  • Regular disinfection and ventilation of all equipment in the guest room when cleaning the guest room.
  • A disinfectant solution is always available in the guest room.

5Cuisine

  • Supper and breakfast are available in the room or in a private dining room.
  • Regular disinfection and thorough ventilation of items in private dining rooms.
  • Periodic disinfection and thorough ventilation of wrapping articles.
